Nick is a senior associate at the Firm which he joined in 2022. Nicks’ practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation and handles disputes which arise from a wide variety of financial and commercial transactions. He provides day-to-day legal assistance to corporations, manages a variety of commercial and business transactions and is also highly experienced in due diligence proceedings.

In addition, Nick specializes in retail and commercial real estate and significant land development projects. He advises domestic and foreign investors on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements and on the establishment of in rem securities.

Having been involved in numerous complex real estate projects, he has gain significant experience handling both real estate asset transactions (asset deals) and corporate real estate transactions (share deals).
