Manolis focuses mainly on corporate law and M&A transactions. He advises both domestic and international clients by providing day to day corporate legal advice. He also participates in legal due diligence exercises and is responsible for negotiating and drafting key transactional documents.
He also has experience on personal data protection, security and privacy law by drafting relevant policies to companies. He currently holds a Data Protection Officer certificate.
He also has valuable experience in the field of whistleblowing as he is currently appointed as a Monitoring Officer in two domestic corporations with more than 1.000 employees.
Manolis has joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Manolis has worked in top-tiers law firms in London (Paul Hastings, ReedSmith LLP and White & Case LLP) mainly focusing on capital markets, shipping finance and private equity. During his tenure in this three law-firms he was exposed to reviewing and drafting parts of prospectuses in several IPOs, participated in drafting key transaction documents in relation to the purchase of non-performing ship loan portfolio by a private equity firm and helped in the formation of a Luxembourg based fund participating in the secondary lending market.
